IDENTIFY PROBLEM -STUDY THE CLIENT BRIEF

The goal of the this phase is to reach high-level agreement on the project scope, priorities and timeline.We do not just settle with the generic information or brief given by the client. We drill down further to understand the product/service and try to achieve clear and conclusive information about the design objective, customer preferences, competitors' design outlook, primary features, key value proposition, and so on. It's only when we understand the brands inside-out can we churn out designs that appeal to the customers.

Any project that Syncere Creative obtains must first go through a process of reaching consensus on a detailed project scope, schedule, cost estimate and deliverables.

The planning phase is a mixture of requirements, documentation and conceptual design work. In this step, clients must first sign off on the Project Planning Document before proceeding to the design of the job.

2: RESEARCH: MARKET AND USER DATA

This step is essential for any job, be it a logo or a mobile app. The research helps to immerse into the environment of the future brand and comprehend the peculiarities and psychological perferences which may influence its success.

First goes the market research. We will dig out the information about the market and potential competitors. It’s good to learn from someone’s experience be it good or bad. Having the necessary data experts can create a unique and efficient logo and build a brand identity that will stand out the competition. The design is not a pure art. If you rely exceptionally on the sense of beauty and talent, there is a risk of failing the task. Research takes less time compared to doing the job over.

3: INSPIRATION & VISION DEVELOPMENT

The goal of the design phase is to explore creative options for building the application that is envisioned. To ensure that the Client and Syncere Creative are aligned in the concept of the project, reference, samples and ideas are shared.

The design phase culminates in a client-approved prototype application. The Client signs off on the Prototype site before moving forward.

4: IDEASON PAPER

This is an important part of the design process that designers tend to overlook. We are old school as we always start off by sketching our ideas on paper. Writing it down on paper allows us to forming an idea to help coming up with original thoughts. This helps to execute ideas and pay attention to minor details.

5: BRAINSTORMING SESSIONSTO EXPAND THE IDEAS

Once the ideas are on paper, we gather the subject matter experts for a detailed brainstorming session. We take each idea and formulate various methods to achieve expand on a particular ieda.

6: DESIGN PROTOTYPE

Building a prototype makes your ideas real! These early versions of the design solution help your team verify whether the design meets the original challenge objectives. We will show our client basic ideas without spending too much time on design is a good way to find out if you are headed in the right direction. Quick sketches of logo concepts, line drawings of layouts showing where elements will be placed on the page, or even a quick handmade version of a package design can generate the client feedback that's so important in nailing down a direction you both agree on. For web design, wireframes are a great way to start with page layouts.

7: BUILDTHE DETAILED SOLUTION

The design structure should be arrived at after a healthy and debating discussion between, designers, marketers, business heads, and copywriters. The output shall clearly draw a guideline as to what the concept, design, color, imagery, and content combination shall be. You also have to consider time factor, design relevance, target audience, market trends, client's requirements, budgets, tools/applications to be used, etc.

8: TEST & EVALUATE

In this phase we click through your entire site checking the links, forms, design elements, and copy to make sure everything is working and displaying correctly.

9: REDESIGN BASED ON VOICE OF CUSTOMER [VoC]

Voice of Customer feedback is very important. We strived to stay alert and make the required changes once the client sends in their feedback on any output of one of our service offering. Whether it's a limited market release, online survey or key opinion leader review we make sure that your designed solution gets feedback prior to the full blown launch. This allows the client to make any adjustments prior to a going all in.

Rinse and repeat this process until both you and the client are confident that the final product is exactly what’s required.

10: SHARE CLIENT DESIGN PRESENTATION & FOLLOW UP

Share your designs with your client with enough information as to why you have sketched a particular design, and then let the client take the final call. Sometimes clients may overlook a design on visual grounds but with your creative experience you can justify the design with ample evidence and ideas. This is where adding crucial design information to each design is important.

Although it is extremely important, the follow-up phase is often neglected. During this phase, everything is arranged that is necessary to bring the project to a successful completion. Examples of activities in the follow-up phase include writing handbooks, providing instruction and training for users, setting up a help desk, maintaining the result, evaluating the project itself, writing the project report, holding a party to celebrate the result that has been achieved, transferring to the directors and dismantling the project team.
